Policies
A few things worth knowing before your stay at Tavern Residence.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee of 50% of the room's nightly rate, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
- Late cancellation or no-show: if you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, or do not arrive, a charge of 50% of one night's rate applies.
- Same-day bookings: you may cancel free of charge within 1 hour of making the booking. After that, cancellation or no-show incurs the 50% charge.
- A valid card is required to hold your booking. It is used only to collect cancellation or no-show charges under this policy. Your stay is paid directly to the hotel.
Smoking
No smoking in rooms — a ₦200,000 fee applies if violated.
Dining
Our in-house chef is available for meals, ordered via the QR code menu in your room.
Meals are charged separately from your room rate.
General
Free on-site parking is available for all guests.
Pets are not permitted.
